Last night, my sister Norma, her girls and Tiani and I went to Wally-world for the midnight release party of "Breaking Dawn." After standing in a somewhat of a long winding line (which moved along quite quickly), chatting with some of our friends and meeting "Riley" (Ryan actually, a way cool guy who loved the series just as much as we do and who happily admits that he's more of a fan than his wife), we made it to the checkstand where the books were held. We purchased copies for each of our girls, but I still had some grocery shopping to do. So, I started on my shopping list and then anxiety set in... Gollum-like feelings began to stir inside me and I long to open the pages of my "precious" (book), which has enslaved me from the very first book (yes, I'm a nut!). I think I set the world's fastest shopping record for the amount of items I had to purchase and since I was done before Norma, I eagerly unwrapped "precious" and dug in while I waited for her... and boy oh boy, I was in too deep and I had a hard time climbing out so that I could focus on getting out of the store, let alone driving. No worries though, "precious" was tucked away where it was not within my arms reach while I was on the road. Good thing. What is usually a 10-minute ride home, could've turned into 2 hours, or worse, a ride in the ambulance and an over-night stay at the Hilton hospital. No, not really... I'm not THAT bad! I do have some common sense left in this little brain of mine.
The line, or at least a small portion of it.
The girls and "Riley."
Almost to the register w/the Winget sisters ahead.
One of my talented dance students and her sister.
Anyhow, for those of you who are interested in my simple-minded review of this book, without spoilers, then here it is... in a summary of 8 senseless words:
P.S. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED IT!!! Yeee-haw (thanks Mike!)!!!

LOL... yep!!! I had to let my house go for one whole day so that I could finish it. Imagine if I could read my scriptures with the same enthusiasm, how much sooner I would have been done by now. I'm still reading the Old Testament and D&C since I've been done w/the BoM. I just need to FOCUS and get the rest of my reading done!
I finished!!! I love it!! Althought I was sad to finish the saga :( I can't believe all the amazing things that Stephanie Meyers did to tie it all together!
